General Comments

This is one of the best organizations that I have dealt with for many a year. They never forgot that I was a customer and that my business was important to them ............ but without actually saying so! On completion of the deal they can rest assured that they will always get my future custom. They ALWAYS phoned back when they said they would. After sales service, eg when DVLA lost a cherished number of mine. As far as they were concerned the deal was "done and dusted" by then but they bent over backwards to assist me.

Over all a great company that has not forgotten how to treat customers ......... Well done!
