cdivereclus's Review of Tefal Clipso Vitamins 6l Pressure Cooker
27th Aug 2007
Overall Rating
- Value for money

Does the job when it works
Easy to close and open
Bad Points
After less than a year of very moderate use, the pressure is not maintained in the pan any more: it escapes from behind the light, splashing water all over the place. The gasket is in perfect condition. Based on another review I am not willing to spend even £10 to try and change it.
General Comments
The Tefal Clipso Vitamins 6l Pressure Cooker is definitely not worth the money: this stuff is pretty expensive for a pan, you just expect it to work forever. I had a manual pressure cooker before, that I kept for 15 years without any problem and maintenance.
Having said that, I am waiting for a response from Tefal. Maybe they will do a recall and fix the problem. If they do, I will come back and update this review.
