Slow to respond to queries.
Got a Samsung D600 last year from One Stop Phone Shop and have received each of the three cashback offers. Wife had D500 on similar offer in previous year - no problems there either. Cashback doesn't necessarily arrive within 28 days but cheques are sent eventually. Make sure you send your bills by registered post though.
