No-brainer digital recording. Once set up, you can record what you want with a couple of clicks of your mouse.
Bad Points
Requires a little bit of sophistication if you're dealing with a commercial phone system.
General Comments
I've got two of these Teletool 2000s in my small law office and am about to buy a 3rd. An invaluable tool for the "paperless" and "cassetteless" office.
