After adjusting my Mauser, I did get the bullet on the target at 100 yards.
The guide rods are so undersize that each time I put used the item, I got a different point of impact.
What I ended up doing, was set up the device as directed. Then I would take it out and put it back in, getting a different point of impact reading. I did this several times and adjusted to the average. In the end, I did get the first shot on the target but there are so many better devices of this kind out there, I cannot recommend this one.
