Once we purchased something, very bad customer service.


General Comments

I bought a laptop from Haverford West comet shop. This was the only piece available there. there was a 14 day return policy. Since the laptop was displayed there they deducted £50. But on the bill they wrote non-pristine stock. Then I thought I shouldn't buy a laptop which was displayed. When I went there to change it before 14 days they treated me so unprofessionally and told me that it won't be replaced at all. When the same laptop after the guarantee period had some disc drive problem I took it to another comet shop. They told me a charge which was far more than other shops. I would never recommend this shop to anyone at all.
