Bad Points
Not receiving emails twice in 3 weeks. First time for 4 days second time for over 6 days and still not receiving as of 25 Aug 07. Cannot receive through mailzone either and cannot receive through mail2web.com
Hopeless service, This is at least the 5th time this year there have been problems. When is it going to end?
General Comments
Overseas call centre hopeless. Always polite, not always easy to understand. I have to ask them to say things over and over until I can understand clearly. I no longer dial the costly O845 number but their geographic number - if you are using talktalk then the cost of this call is paid for within the agreement. It would be a good idea if they would leave a note on their mailzone to say when servers are down.
