Good Points

Cheap- you pay for what you get.


Bad Points

More hassle than it is worth! The worst ever customer service! Constant telephone conversations over every little penny! Would not accept transport was a necessary and reasonable expense after my son got ill abroad! Even when I got their staff to agree, the supervisor called me up after 24 hours to say sorry we are not paying, our staff are not properly trained! My case is going to the financial ombudsman...all for a measly 190usd!

Don't buy it Tesco Travel Insurance! They are only good for groceries!
