Branches nearby in high street.
High overdraft charges, long call time waiting queues & poor quality call centres, Terms of service difficult to understand, apr rates difficult to understand, borrowing facilities trumped and expensive, slow service in branch and outside of branch, difficult access to online account, long processing times for all transactions, minimal cash withdrawals via machines in comparison to other banks. Building societies, indifferent staff (not generally), poor communications both telephone and internet, mass mailing spam both email and postal. Very poor environmental standards, poor DDA facilities, minimal parking access, low quality cash machines (often out of order). Terms of service difficult to understand, APR rates difficult to understand, borrowing facilities trumped and expensive.
A generally poor building society, badly attempting banking services. It fails over and over again, please avoid.
