Excellent customer service, all the staff knew all of the features of the store.
Some of the staff looked slightly unprofessional.
Well the Halfords in Derby in itself was incredibly easy to find, not only that but the staff were incredibly helpful, within stepping foot of the door a member of staff (looked a little unprofessional, but definitely knew his stuff) was there to help me, I was looking at the sat-nav cabinet when someone offered to talk me through them, I was looking at the cheapest on there before he told me that they do have a very large percentage of returns of them, and swayed me towards the slightly more expensive Garmin model, after finding the "audio keys" and getting the cabinet open and giving me a demo I was in love with the item, he promptly went to the safe in the back and got the item, unfortunately he'd accidentally grabbed a used/returned model, after a brief delay he explained this to me and fetched a brand new unit. After selling it to me he proceeded to set the satnav up and show me how to use it, he got my home address in it and before I knew it it was screaming directions at me! One more thing before I went, I had to get a new wiper blade, I asked the same young man who I could see about it, and he even said he could do that for me! If the staff here aren't excellently trained I dont know who are, He got me the wiper blade and even offered to fit it, does the service ever end? After this I was happily on my way, with a new sat-nav barking orders at me all the way, it was a Blissful and Stress-free place, I've never been happier with service.
