Good Points

From the time of arrival both the staff at the Hotel and the Thomas Cook reps were always there and ready to help or answer any questions. Nothing was to much trouble. The accommodation was very nice and cleaned daily. There was plenty of choice of food as were the drinks. The pool and area was also very pleasurable both to swim in and view. People keep complaining about the entertainment .Personally I found the reps from Thomas Cook brilliant - full of energy -not in your face- and whilst I agree they are not Chart material you couldn't fault the enthusiasm they gave daily. Well done crew. Where were the Airtours or First Choice reps?
As far as security we used the safe - No problems- Fridges are used for keeping evening drinks in.


Bad Points

Overall the Hotel could do with a bit of paint here and there - but then which one in that climate if you look hard enough couldn't. The pool area could have done with another set of showers at the other end.


General Comments

Overall we had a great week - good food - plenty to drink - met mostly adult English people all who seemed to share a similar view to that of our own.
If you do not want disco music banging away all day and night. No kids screaming and shouting, pleasant surroundings, all you can eat and drink, sun and chill out - then give it a try!
