Beautiful, agressive body shape with M body kit.
Solid engineering.
Fuel consumption is poor.
I have now owned a new 330i coupe sports for about 2 months. Previously I have owned a VR6 corrado, Alfa Romeo 156 V6 and a few other lowly cars. I have to say, however, that the BMW is by far the most exciting and enjoyable car I have owned up to now. The handling is spot on, although the steering did feel a little light initially. Little things like auto windscreen wipers, auto headlights, the way the passenger wing mirror dips when you select reverse all make the ownership experience really special. The steptronic gearbox is great fun (the manual must be fantastic) especially if you switch off the DSC button. The thing I like the most about it is that it does not attract too much attention to itself. Only the people in the know appreciate it and realise how serious a car this is.
