Good Points

Fast shooting, does not jam, will eat any ammo, lots of after-market toys

Bad Points

Not terribly accurate. If you want accurate, build one from the base unit, do not buy the Target model, you can do better and don't have to be a gunsmith.

General Comments

I really like mine. Added a heavy barrel on one and converter one to a .17 Mach-2. They both shoot very well now, about 1" for the .17 and maybe 1.5 for the .22 however I have very cheap scopes on them. In fact the cross hairs are 1" at 100 yards (Hey had to save some $$ and they are only for cans, targets and vermin so the cheap scope worked for me).

The kids love them with the 25 round clips which are a blessing and a curse. It seems children will quickly just pull the trigger if you don't make accuracy an issue. The scope mount that comes from the factory is trash but you can pick one up anywhere for cheap.

If you convert to .17 be sure to get the weight device for the bolt. Personally I like the .17 but if you have a .17 HMR (which I do) you might not NEED one ;)

Overall it's a nice little rifle and you can build it up just as far as you like.
