Customer relations excellent.
It was nothing to do with Economy car hire but Car hire company decided to give me a free upgrade. I did not want though, as I had picked a car for it's fuel economy. So was not to happy with a bigger car that I did not need. When I complained to Economy car hire they wrote to the company and said it will not happen again. We will see in September when I have hired another one of the same.
You cannot beat Economy Car Hire price and you are insured fully comp with no excess and most car hire companies charge you extra for, with Economy Car it is in the price you see. Also there prices do not seem to go sky high just because of the peak season, where as the others do.
