Being charged more for money saving features. Caller-ID is bad on almost every call. I get dropped calls and poor quality.
General Comments
I have had qwest for at least 7 years now. I get calls every once in a while from them saying that they can save me money on all the things I already have, so one time I went for it. granted it was only going to save a couple dollars but that adds up. On the next bill we noticed that we were being charged more for these money saving features. So I called them and had them switch me back to the way it used to be. The next bill I got went up even more. Caller-ID sucks on almost every call. I get dropped calls and poor quality. I am so sick of Qwest. I am going to port my number out as soon as I find a good company in my area to move to. General comments? Qwest is the worst phone service I have ever had the displeasure to have to use.
