Good Points

Very good at taking your money and selling the service but after that look out.


Bad Points

Arrogant, unhelpful, rude, uncaring basically the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with for any type of insurance.


General Comments

I insured my trike with them it was sent for repair and estimate 6th June 2007 it is now the 28 Aug 2007 still in for repair and can't get any sense out of anyone as to when I will get it back if ever and then today I received a nice letter informing me that they will not renew my insurance which expires on the 06 09 2007 in all my years of driving I am 49 and passed my test at 16 I have never been refused or been treated so badly I have a clean licence with no claims and I have had lots on high rating cars and bikes still it could be worse I could have the trike sitting in the garage worrying about insurance given their current progress I wont have to worry about insurance until 2008 or even 2009 or they may never fix it who knows??

MY ADVICE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER A REWACO TRIKE FROM MBT CUSTOMS IN EXETER AND WHAT EVER TRIKE YOU BY DON'T INSURE IT WITH ADRIAN FLUX
