Was offered a coffee upon opening of all accounts

never call you back! as a start up business they have helped us in no way at all. several emails and telephone calls and they still did not come back to us!
General Comments
Barclays Business Account business side... never call you back! as a start up business they have helped us in no way at all, we asked for them to honour a cheque for £1000 as we were crediting funds into the account the following week, they said that they were unable to do this as we may not be a serious company!!!!! I could not believe it, however 1 week later we than paid over £3500 into the account, I called to ask if we could apply for a charge card, it took me several emails and telephone calls and they still did not come back to us! I then called this morning and they said we had not been banking with them long enough! My business partner has had his current account with them for over 10 years and has a gold card! what do these people want! We are now looking at taking our business and personal banking elsewhere
