    Good Points

    The service is fairly comprehensive.


    Bad Points

    As far as I can tell it is virtually impossible to speak to anyone human! If pressing a non stop array of buttons is for you as you drill down into the various options then you will have no problem.


    General Comments

    Alliance & Leicester seem to go out of their way to discourage you to speak to their customer support staff. If anything falls remotely out of the pre-set options then you can spend many frustrating phone calls pressing buttons and going round in circles.
