General Comments

We ordered £550 worth of kitchen appliances from Top Appliance in May, and I was informed they would be delivered within 2 - 3 weeks. The money was taken out of our account on the same day. I only needed them in 6 weeks, so that was going to be fine.

6 weeks passed, and I rang to be told they would be at least another 2 weeks. I had to cancel, and I was told a refund would be credited within 28 days, but it was usually a lot quicker.

It is now 52 days after I cancelled the order, and there is still no refund.

When I eventually manage to speak to a customer service advisor, I get told that it's a different department, and that they will get someone to contact me. I have now had to start legal proceedings to claim my money back.
