General Comments
My 1st order of a moderate camera package prompted them to email me, asking me to phone them to confirm the order. When I did, the pushy salesperson told me the camera didn't come with a lens, battery, charger or LCD screen (as advertised). I ordered anyway, then did not receive a confirmation, tracking number, email, phone call or merchandise. I emailed to cancel and received no response. I called back to cancel the order and was told there was a mistake and that I should upgrade my order (which I did) to a product "not on the website", but that which was neither detailed to me nor priced in writing as I requested. I never received a purchase or shipment confirmation nor the product. My credit card was charged. I had to cancel my credit card because of this. Also I filed with NJ Consumer Affairs Division and the Better Business Bureau.
