I ordered 2 items from Furniture at Work. One didn't arrive. I then contacted the company by phone and email many times over a month, and no one could give me an estimated delivery date.
I eventually cancelled the order for the missing item, and at that point was miraculously told that it had been dispatched.
I will pay the invoice for the item that has arrived once I have deducted costs of calling their 0870 number.
