Good Points

Actually, I am not sure what is good about MBNA... sorry.

Bad Points

Their call centre process is painfully slow, and so automated you get lost in the system. They keep sending me blank cheques to try to get me to spend more... that's not at all responsible.

General Comments

MBNA are a big company, which makes their MBNA Gold Credit Card service impersonal, and not friendly.
