Bad Points

As with 3000 odd others they invoked a (unfair) clause in the contract allowing them to cancel with 7 days notice after I had been with them for over 5 months due to a pricing error! The letter was sent standard mail and I only just got back from holiday in time to deal with the fallout! No compensation and no apology. FOS will no doubt be my next call...

As with 3000 odd others they invoked a (unfair) clause in the contract allowing them to cancel with 7 days notice after I had been with them for over 5 months due to a pricing error! The letter was sent standard mail and I only just got back from holiday in time to deal with the fallout! No compensation and no apology. FOS will no doubt be my next call...Any company willing to treat customers in this way should be avoided.
