Has a smudge time so you can create smokey eyes.
Bad Points
I can't think of any bad points!
General Comments
I highly recommend this eyeliner. It is the only eyeliner I have used which stays put without smudging and leaving residue.
The eyeliner is very silky smooth so it is easy to apply. At the end of the day I always find this eyeliner is still on even after a workout!!
A 10/10 from me!!
