None.
You do not get what you expect to get from the level of service you pay for.
Like others- my student son took this out when he took his car to University, he had paid for recovery and home start. He broke down on the way home at the end of term with what seemed to be a clutch problem. He was rescued by a local garage arranged by First Call. This person said the clutch was OK and it was the gear selector at fault, he took my son miles to a scrap yard where a part was fitted that cost my son £45 and he was then left to try and get home again. The car broke down again as it clearly was the clutch, another local garage turned out organised by First Call this guy said it was the clutch but would not recover the car to our home address as the nearest address was his University address. So after 12 hours he was still stuck at University with a broken car. Firstcall accepted no responsibility for the fact he spent £45 on a totally inappropriate repair and stuck to their T and Cs about recovery to nearest destination. He spent the night on a friend's floor, we rescued him- round trip over 300 miles, arranged the clutch repair with a local garage and he picked it up 4 weeks later when he returned for the new term. So First Call would frankly be my last call- don't bother. He is joining Britannia rescue this year like us- fantastic service where recovery means recovery of your choice not nearest!
