General Comments
Staff at the Colchester and Basildon Branch of Debenhams Wedding Service were unhelpful and unfriendly. No personal attention, when going to a pre arranged appointment...had to run through all the details again, as if they were unaware we were attending. Staff were unfriendly when the questions asked had already been answered and faxed to them, and they were asked to read their fax, but they had lost it. Suits were shorter than ordered. Wrongly sized. AND the suit for the Groom and Best Man were not there - because they forgot to enter the data into their computer.

I disagree with this review because I went to debenhams in basildon and found the staff to be most helpful we got married in may 2008 admittedly the quality of the goods was shabby but that was not down to debenhams the company they use the lady on the suit department I found to be very helpful even when two of the shirts didn't arrive she put herself out to get two more and even pressed them herself and was apologetic and tried her hardest she did inform us when we hired the goods that it isn't 100% as it is hired the only fault apart from the shirts was another member of staff but otherwise i would hire again.
