Good Points

Clear, well designed, some great advice on mortgages. I was particularly impressed with the speed of the site and how fast I found what I wanted to know.


Bad Points

Got a login for completing my mortgage application, but very limited functionality. I also strayed on to another site, Bradford & Bingley's corporate site. A real dog's breakfast of a site. I suppose however that it's aimed at shareholders, not people like me just looking for a good fixed rate.


General Comments

I was looking for my first mortgage and came across Bradford & Bingley online. There were some helpful calculators and a good section on buying my first home. Would have liked more though, as I have been reading up on mortgages for a few weeks and having the one place that has all the advice and the ability to apply would be great.
