They got me a great deal for the Swissotel in Singapore with a 3 course breakfast included. They also gave free access to the cocktail bar on the 60th floor with free drinks and food and the most fantastic view over the city.
I've stayed in 4 other hotels during that trip that were not booked with e-bookers and they were basic in comparison.

Can't think of any.
General Comments
If you want to book a hotel online, look to see what is included. The Ebookers deals had lots of extras and most hotels in Japan had free courtesy buses to the local train stations. It all makes a difference when lugging heavy luggage or paying for food and drink!
