General Comments

I have had occasion to make 3 claims in the last year. One fairly large claim for my wife has been trouble free. Two claims for myself amounting to a total of £114 have been a joke. It took me from 9/1/07 to 12/5/07 and dozens of emails and phone calls to obtain reimbursement of £64 for physiotherapy treatment. I have been chasing £50 for osteopathic treatment from early July to date (still waiting). One excuse was the Royal Mail industrial action delaying a cheque for 16 days (never received). Promises to return calls are rarely kept. I suspect Bupa Health Insurance treat large claims seriously, but possibly hope you will give up on the small items.
