Response to telephone which is usually answered 2nd or 3 ring by a human. Email to support is acknowledged quickly, and followed up without reminders. I have had few problems. Uncapped.
Bad Points
Price is £23 per month, but use is beginning to look a bit expensive for the speed. The one night I downloaded a large file (Linux), and the speed seemed to drop to that of dial up.
General Comments
Included with Abel Internet is web space, limited size shop, and unlimited aliases etc. Generally very good.
