Bad Points

Everything - The staff all hide behind and cover for one another - worse than the Medical Profession!
Despite what the notices say the Service Managers are unapproachable due to the Clerks at the Reception.


General Comments

I took out a Service Deal on car purchase but it does NOT cover the Manufacturers recommendations. Arnold Clark charge extra for this and a first "Free" service cost me an extra £91.
Never heard of a Coolant Change or a Brake Fluid Change or a Fuel additive on your first service? - Well go to Arnolds they are masters of this nasty practice - Dick Turpin at least had a mask!
I intend to take this above them if I can find an address.
