Good Points

Looks good in the brochure


Bad Points

Customer service is terrible. I recommend never buying a Hotpoint appliance. Microwave was faulty when arrived as part of a kitchen installation, has taken 4 visits, 4 days off work to sort out. Once they have your money they hold you to ransom, you can't do a thing. Neff may cost a little more but their customer service is way better.
