There are many good points of this gun: looks, feel, nice stock, but perhaps the best thing about it is the power.
This gun can drop small game from any distance up to 60 yards. It is phenomenal.
In .177 pellets if you use Raptors they will go supersonic but there goes your accuracy as well. Totally messed up.
There is too much said about the power needed to cock this gun. I'm 15 years old 5'6" tall and I don't have any problems cocking this gun, so don't let that put off prospective buyers.
One of the only problems with this gun is that when you cock the gun the safety does not automatically switch on, which scares the pants off me when this gun packs a 25 foot pounds punch. All you can do about this is be careful.
This is a fantastic gun for hunting and good for backyard plinking also (unless you are built like a weed) you should have no problems at all with this gun.
I strongly recommend it to anyone wishing to hunt small game.
p.s buy it in .22 (helps keep velocity down, improves accuracy)
Happy hunting.
