I know of three people who have bought phones using Phonebox Direct and have not received their cashback as promised, the company saying that they 'haven't received the claims' and therefore getting out of giving the cashback.
if anyone else has experienced a problem with their cashback claims with phone box direct, please ring Consumer Direct (Trading standards) and log a complaint. If they get enough complaints about this company, they will launch a proper investigation into the workings of the company, and hopefully stop them from being able to do this!

If you do decide to buy a phone with them, make sure you read the terms and conditions thoroughly and always send your cashback claims by recorded delivery.
