General Comments

Money had to be transferred from my account to TorFX account within 24 hours, but it took considerably longer than that to have it transferred to Spain!!
When I got my bank statement I was surprised to find that I had been charged by Halifax Banco Espana (over 500 Euros) for "Commission Foreign Transfer Credited". If I had gone with HIFX or direct through Bank of Scotland I would have not incurred these charges.
If you are planning to transfer large amounts to Spain, check on the charges before agreeing the deal.

    I disagree with this review because the fees are down to us the client and I have found the receiving fee is down to the spanish bank and not TOR they made me aware of this and I spoke to my spanish account 1st and they wavered the fee's.....I was very happy with service by torfx.

    Agree with what you say Spike, but if TOR had made ME aware of the charges before the transaction, perhaps I could have saved the fee too!
