General Comments

I signed up with TextHQ to send SMS to Vietnam. At first, it worked very well but then I started to have problems where I sent many messages and the system reported that they were sent successfully, but the recipient never received any of them. My credit was deducted accordingly since the system thought the messages were sent correctly. I lost a lot of credit that way and sent multiple emails to support complaining but never received any response. So I waited and waited and a few weeks later decided to try texting again in the hope that the problem had been fixed. This time, the system just came back with an error stating that it couldn't send the message. I tried many times but got the same result. So I sent more mail to support asking them to fix the problem or at least give let me know what's going on because I still have a lot of credit left but can't use it now since I don't text anywhere else but Vietnam. Again, never got a single response from them. So I paid a lot of money for a service that I can't use. My advice is to stay away from TextHQ. If you luck out, you'll be able to get what you paid for. If not, good luck contacting their support; it will be like sending mail to a black hole. If you do sign up with them, buy credits in small increments so you won't lose a lot of money if the service doesn't work out for you. My suggestion is just to stay from them because dealing (or at least trying to contact) with their support will cause you a lot of frustration.

    I agree with this review because i had a very similar experience. At first it worked perfectly, for a year or so i had no problems at all. Now, since july, i can not use the service any more. I get: The system has encountered an error... etc. I tried numerous times to contact TextHq via their contact menu and via their ticketing system. I have yet to get a reply. I even tried to contact them via their domain name host company. From them i got a reply very fast but unfortunately they could not give me a phone number.
