Extremely busy environment to shop and to work in (experienced myself). The only sad thing is everybody is working too hard to sometimes even notice some customer needs.
I noticed that some customers just doesn't know how to look after their clothes, and sometimes think, that the staff in Zara stores are complete idiots, when they are not.
Too busy, sometimes hard to get help.
I like Zara clothes and accessories. Good enough quality for affordable price.
