General Comments

My local TK Maxx store is Northampton, and although I have visited other TK's, my local store has to be the worst!! The most annoying thing about this store is finding correct sizes on the *clearance* sections! Something might have a TK label saying size 12, and yet on closer inspection the garment may be a size 8 and so on! I have even seen children's clothes on adult clearance rails marked as size 6 and so on, but it's obvious they are children's clothes! The only thing good about this place is the handbags! The service is awful, and although there are usually well manned tills, the staff all seem to be chattering teenagers (or visitor staff) who are don't seem to be concerned with customer service, but more concerned about "what a great night last night was!"..

Also BEWARE of the price labels!!!
Something maybe marked at a *clearance* price...but when you get to the till it turns out that the clearance price is not correct, and you're then asked to pay the full price, and made to look a fool because the staff look at you like YOU have switched the labels!! If in doubt about the price of something, it's best to ask.

I will never be visiting this store again!
