General Comments

This phone is superb.
I previously had a Nokia 6510, prior to that a Nokia 3330 and prior to that a Nokia 3310. This is by far the best phone.
I was looking at the 5100 and the 7250, and chose the 5100 over the 7250, because I did not want the camera facility on my phone. Plus the 5100 is so modern looking, certainly different in appearance to most other Nokia phones.
Colour screen - excellent.
Polyphonic rings - excellent.
Torch facilty - not a gimmick, really useful.

As for those who keep having problems with the on/off switch. Stop switching it on and off all the time. I've had mine for 3 weeks now and haven't had any reason to switch it off. I just change the settings in 'PROFILES' if I want to change it to silent or change anything else. (Mine does, however, switch on and off without any problems at all.
If you're considering this phone, BUY IT TODAY !!
