Good Points

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, bar staff and the porters. The resident band TNT were fantastic. Hotel lounge areas were top class and the pool area was also sufficient to meet everyone's needs. Views were beautiful. Not a great amount of activities going on in the hotel but you can find lots to do close by.


Bad Points

Rooms were not 5*, although they were clean they are in need of updating. Food & drinks were very expensive and not value for money. No air-conditioning in the lifts and it was very poor in the hallways. Water sports at the hotel were also extremely over priced, half price just along the cost at the St Georges hotel.


General Comments

Overall we had a fantastic holiday, although there were bad points, the friendliness of the staff made the holiday.
The resident band TNT Benni are located in a room just off the main lounge area (non smoking bar) and I think because of this, it was at time poorly attended which was a shame as they were so good. Coral bay also has some great restaurants (5 mins by taxi) or bus. The Italian restaurant at the top of Coral bay is recommended as is Zanntes Bar just down from it.
