Bad Points

I requested a pink limo and a very old white one turned up; nothing like the websites pictures of the limos.
It was 25 minutes late.
The limo was dirty inside from a previous party.
The bubbly they provided was warm.
I paid for an hours journey and only got 40 minutes.


General Comments

After everything that went wrong, I still paid the driver, as he said he could not give me money off and I would have to speak to the head office. After calling their head office, I was told to email the complaint through, to which I received a reply saying none of it was their fault!! I feel extremely upset that I paid such a lot of money for such a terrible service and nothing was done to resolve the situation, which is why I'm writing this now.

I would not use Limo Broker again.
