Very clean apartment, very friendly staff, excellent value for money on food and drinks and good entertainment.

Bad Points

Music can go on until the early hours, but they do turn it down at midnight.

General Comments

My wife, son, daughter and I stayed at the Finas Hotel in room number 185 which was right over the pool, the views from the balcony are stunning. Pefkos is a nice relaxed place and this is also the case with the staff at the Finas, nothing is too much trouble. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome with one of the waiters assisting us with our luggage and showing us to our room. The food at the Finas is very good and excellent value for money as is the beer at the bar, with the Evertonian Kostas there all day and the insane Aris there all night. The pool is very clean and not too cold, with plenty of free beds, all with padded covers to make them even more comfortable. The Beach is a 10 minutes stroll away, all down hill there, but up hill back, but is worth a visit as it is very clean and the sea is very inviting sloping gradually away from the beach.
Our room was small and basic (which we've come to expect from Greece), but very clean and ample for us to use as a base. Yes there were a couple of ants occasionally in the room, but we didn't see one cockroach in the whole fortnight. I would recommend paying the 45 euros per week for the air conditioning, firstly because Rhodes has 300 days sun a year and is very hot and secondly, you can keep the windows closed at night to reduce any noise from the bar.
All in all we had a fabulous holiday at the Finas, we would definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone.
