Rude staff.
The AA took £42 from my account without sending a renewal letter (as stated in their terms and conditions), and when I phoned to complain (why would I pay £42 when RAC are offering the same service for £29.99?), they just told me it's not their fault the letter must have got lost in the post, and they wanted to charge a £14 admin fee to cancel the policy!
I found the people I spoke to on the phone were extremely rude and unhelpful. I certainly won't renew my AA policy next year!
