Good Points

Easy to use, reasonable quality.

Bad Points

Broke down after 18 months and cannot get any help from DigiFusion to fix it.

    I have had the same trouble. Digifusion isn't even open on Saturday, when families are more likely to sit down and watch TV.

    I can honestly say that this company DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN about customer care.
    my DigiFusion also kicked the bucket after 18 months.
