Good Points

Good, clear website overall, with very good prices on wedding stationery and favours. Great selection of stationery. Free phone customer service, always very friendly and helpful when you ring.


Bad Points

Some problems, as the website doesn't allow for all of the text formatting options that you can actually have, and when you ring to finalise the details, they sometimes don't get through. Our invitations (all 60 of them) and our bookmarks (all 100 of them) came printed wrong the first time, due to none of our fault, but they were replaced at no further cost for us.


General Comments

Highly recommended, although leave a bit of extra time in case their printer does make a mistake and they have to correct your order! However, Bride & Groom Direct have proven very trustworthy in our case, as they have rectified the orders very quickly.
