Good Points

Nice pool.
McGuinness bar for English Breakfast.


Bad Points

Very shabby apartment. Safe malfunctioned 3 times. Waited in total 5 hours for eventual repair, all our cash etc inside! Full kitchen! Pans were dirty, cutlery dirty, bent and rusty, kitchen units disintegrating and rusty. No parasols around the pool to escape under. Shade provided by palms was nabbed early in the morning by families with small children. No games allowed in the pool.


General Comments

Very disappointed! Exchanged our 5* timeshare in Lake District with Interval International for a resort that barely scrapes 2*. The resort is OK for a home from home feel, if you like tattooists touting for business against an all-pervading smell of sewage. We will not be returning Tenerife Royal Gardens or recommending it to anyone.
