Sales service is very bad. Communication is very bad. Do not keep any promises to phone back. Often passed from one person to another. Dealing with this company is a nightmare! The money we have spent in time and telephone calls is deplorable!
General Comments
Furniture at Work is the worst company we have dealt with in all the years of our business. The desk we ordered mid June has never been received- now mid August. We paid immediately for the item and the company still have our money. (We are now instructing our Card Co. to recover the money). We have never got any satisfaction in finding where the desk is to instruct our courier to collect. We get a different story each time! Its hard to believe that a company can do themselves so much damage by incompetence an inefficiency. We would never use them again or recommend anyone else to do so.
