Good Points

Fairly cheap price.


Bad Points

Motor failed after 9 months. After sales service very poor - no timed call outs - I have now had to take nearly three days off work for repeated visits from the Technicians who have failed to diagnose the fault and then subsequently did not carry the proper parts. They make you pay £10 for a first call out if you want to avoid spending all day in waiting but this was supposed to be between 8 and 9.30 and they eventually turned up at 11.30.


General Comments

Avoid unless you have all day to spend at home waiting for them to fix it. Major failure of machine within 9 months not acceptable.
