Bad Points
Unstable, slow, slows system down, causes software to hang, slows down PC shutdown to several minutes.
General Comments
Only version of ZoneAlarm I ever got to run half decently was 5.5.
Latest version is awful. Uninstall doesn't uninstall properly and you have to use safe mode and even reg edit to clean up the mess.
