Good Points

None. Should be 3% cash back on shell fuel, if you can find a shell fuel station that excepts it.


Bad Points

1. When rang to activate card, IT systems down and had to ring back the following day.
2. Can not change PIN at various cash points, normally use nation wide at work for other cards, but had to make a special trip to HSBC were it worked.
3. And the final straw........Shell in Taunton refuse to take any Shell Master cards for citibank.....because it crashes the till............a shell card, in a shell station does not work!!!!

What service, I've had shell visa no problems and now they are using citibank.


General Comments

They have lost the good service they had under RBS to the substandard service under citibank.
I will properly switch fuel supply from shell to other supplier in the process, now other stations do higher octane fuel.
